Yes.
Business accounts, yes. Personal accounts (e.g., www.calweb.com/~username) will not; it appears that FP1 does not like the "~" character. If you are using FP1 with your personal account, you will either need to use FTP to transfer your files over after editing locally on your server, or consider upgrading.
You can download a demo version from Microsoft at http://www.microsoft.com/frontpage , or visit your favorite computer software store such as CompUSA, Fry's, etc.
For personal accounts, the method used to make changes will change slightly. Everyone with personal FrontPage®-based webs on our server was emailed 5/28/98 with the new procedure. This procedure is to connect or publish to www.calweb.com/~username. Your old URL's will work for *browsing* but not for editing.
For domain accounts, the extensions were updated automatically. There will be no need to sign up again. If you are already using the FrontPage® 98 client, your software will automatically detect the upgrade, and enable the missing features. There is no other change in procedure for your account.

If you use FrontPage 98 or 2000, you can edit your form's properties to include an email address.
No. If you need "live" access to a database, you will need to consider moving to our NT server, which is priced case by case, depending on what kind of resources are needed. IF your database is small, however, FrontPage does support exporting _your_ database via ODBC and converting it into static HTML every time you publish. Consult your FrontPage® manual for details.
